Chattanooga, Tenn. (March 6, 2018) – Retro TV, Luken Communication’s classic TV network, has returned to the Chicago market (DMA 3) with new affiliate partner WPVN. The station, owned and operated by Polvision, launched Retro TV in January. Chicago area viewers can now find Retro TV over-the-air on channel 24.1.
